Delete your Veloce Track account

You can delete your Veloce Track account and its data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Veloce Track and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email from the email address registered to your account to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone number, password)
• All your vehicles, GPS device links and parking-guard settings
• All expenses, receipts, maintenance records and notes
• All location history, trips, stops and security alerts
• Push notification tokens and device information

What may be kept

Nothing is kept for marketing. Limited records may be kept only where the law requires it. Residual copies in backups are overwritten within 90 days. Raw GPS positions are already deleted automatically after 4 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel those in your store account.
